What is Women of Excellence?
Women of Excellence is an awesome tool for ministry that your church
can use to connect the women of your church to each other, to fall
more in love with Jesus, and to have a stronger relationship to your
local church. The ministry uses Christ centered books directed to
bringing women to a deeper walk with the Lord. Groups meet weekly and
are led by facilitators that use thought provoking Discussion Questions.
There are basic requirements that must be met to be Commissioned as a
Women of Excellence the first year. Every year after the First Commissioning,
their commitment is Re-Confirmed as a Women of Excellence. There are pieces of
beautifully designed jewelry that WE commemorate their journey with the Lord.

Why do you call it WE when the abbreviation is WOE?
Because Women of Excellence is US standing together as a body of
believers. By taking out the “o” we call ourselves WE, which
represents US. When we stand together we are stronger than by
ourselves. When the women in your local church stand together for the
gospel they are mightier as a body. When Women of Excellence or WE,
link across this nation and together as one we will be most powerful
in reaching this nation for Jesus Christ.

How is Women of Excellence different from other Women's Ministries?
There are many terrific ministry opportunities available. If you
search online you can find many women’s ministry ideas and activities
to put a spark in your women. But here lies the problem, sparks are
all that is available. Women of Excellence provides an opportunity to
burst forth a new way to ignite your women and to keep the flame
roaring!

What Women of Excellence does is a combination of disciple women in
their relationship with the Lord, mentor women in their daily
lifestyles, as well as develop leaders to be used by the Lord. It
allows women the freedom to excel in their gifts and use their life
experiences to encourage and help develop others in their journey with
the Lord.

Do I have to be a church to sign up with Women of Excellence?
One of the purposes of Women of Excellence is to build up the local
church. As women are connected to their home church, then these bodies
of believers can be connected to other Women of Excellence churches
across the nation. When a group is established in a church, then they
have in place a spiritual covering by their pastor.

Is Women of Excellence restricted to a certain size group?
No, you can have one group in your church. As this group grows, others
in your church will see the changes and want to be a part of this
group. The leaders will learn to be great facilitators through on the
job training. Church growth is a by product of the Women of Excellence
program.

Is there a denomination to which Women of Excellence is associated?
Women of Excellence is a non-denominational women’s ministry that
focuses on developing a strong vibrant relationship to the Lord.

Do I have to become a member of Women of Excellence?
It is necessary to be a member of Women of Excellence to take
advantage of all that WE has to offer. The WE Books, Discussion
Questions in the Director’s and Leader’s Manuals, Training videos,
Award Jewelry and Promotional items are only available to WE Members.

Diamond Level: $249.99
You will receive the most tools for your WE ministry. You receive hard
a copy of both the Director’s Manual and Leader’s Manual, a CD of the
Director’s and Leader’s Manual so you can print additional copies for
all your leaders, the Intro DVD, as well as all the WE Training Videos
are free. All the items such as WE Books, Award Jewelry, Certificates,
WE Wear, Promotional items such as banners, and tablecloths and runners
are available to purchase with your church membership.



Ruby Level: $149.99
At this level you will receive Church Membership for 1 year, you will
be sent the Director and Leader Manual CD, Intro DVD. All the items
such as WE Books, Award Jewelry, Certificates, WE Wear, Promotional
items such as banners, and tablecloths and runners are available to
purchase with your church membership.



Emerald Level: $79.99
In this membership you will receive a church membership for one year.
This will allow you to purchase the Director and Leader Manuals, Award
Jewelry, the Members Only section of the web site. All the items such
as WE Books, Certificates, WE Wear, Promotional items such as banners,
and tablecloths and runners are available to purchase with your church membership.

Do I need to activate my membership every year?
Yes, When you update your membership each year you will receive new
Updates for the Director and a new Leaders Manual and that
includes a year’s book discussion questions.

Can I buy the Award Jewelry if I am not a member?
No, these are more than just beautiful pieces of jewelry. Each piece of the Award Jewelry
a significant reminder to the one who earned it of the diligence and
discipline that she devoted to study and learn about the Lord. It is a
token that she will have that represents the bonds of friendships that
have been developed during her group time. It is also a conversation
piece that you can use to tell others about Women of Excellence and it
can be used as a tool to tell others about your relationship with
Christ.

Do I have to go in the order of how the books are presented?
No. We suggest that you do because it increases the possibility that
there will be communication between other churches on the social
networking sites. One of the objectives of WE is to create a bonding
relationship between the churches of this nation. But the largest
priority of WE is to build the local church, so therefore the needs
of your church come first and if you want to mix it up that is fine
with us.

information you will need to get your groups set up and to establish
your WE ministry. An Intro DVD with a message about the WE program from
Margaret Rodgers is also included. You will also receive the WE Training
Videos on DVD that include topics such as Leadership, Choosing Leaders,
Equipping Leaders, and Dealing with the Difficult. All the items such as

What kind of training do you offer?
We currently have 4 Training videos. These include topics
such as Leadership, Choosing Leaders, Equipping Leaders, and
Dealing with the Difficult. These all are included in the Diamond Level
Get Growing Resource Packet and are available to purchase and download

and also go to WE Shop to purchase.

Will there be an opportunity to get together with other groups?
Women of Excellence National will be gathering momentum and will be
hosting rallies with WE groups regionally along with WE authors to
host forums and workshops.

Is there a benefit to me sharing this ministry with other churches?
Members that refer other churches and they actually join WE will
receive...for their efforts.
