WE Focus
The ultimate objective of National Women of Excellence is to bring souls into the Kingdom of God, to disciple them, and to lead them to reach others. The WE program seeks to grow individual WE groups and in turn grow the local church.

Some of the books studied during the first year are from authors such as Joyce Meyer, Joanna Weaver, Cynthia Heald, Priscilla Shirer, Nancy DeMoss, Alice Smith, and Marilyn Hickey as well as others.

Women's Ministry Tools
When you join forces with WE you are able to take advantage of an
entire Women’s Ministry packet for a full year.  You will have access
to Keep it Simple Sisters Ministry Tools, Promotional packets,
training tools, and one of a kind Award Jewelry all to help grow your
Women's Ministry.

Keep It Simple Sisters
Women of this generation are too busy to start over and design a
program.  We have a program that has not only already been designed,
but it has been proven to be successful.  The work has been
accomplished, tried, and tested for you in advance.  The books have
been chosen and discussion questions tested.  We have even included
promotional ideas.  Now pray and ask God to grow your WE ministry with
His help and the tools provided.

Get Growing Resource Packet
There are 3 membership levels available:

Diamond Membership
 Get Growing Resource Packet you will receive a bound copy of the WE Directors and Leaders Manuals which includes all the information you will need to get your groups set up and to establish your WE ministry. An Intro DVD with a message about the WE program from Margaret Rodgers is also included. You will also receive the WE Training Videos on DVD that include topics such as Leadership, Choosing Leaders, Equipping Leaders, and Dealing with the Difficult. All the items such as WE Books, Award Jewelry, Certificates, WE Wear, Promotional items such as banners, and tablecloths and runners are available to purchase with your membership.

Ruby Membership
Get Growing Resource Packet you will be sent the Director and Leader Manuals on CD and an Intro DVD with a message about the WE Program from Margaret Rodgers. This will include all the information you will need to get your groups set up and to establish your WE ministry. The WE Training Videos, such as Leadership, Choosing Leaders, Equipping Leaders, and Dealing with the Difficult are available for you to purchase and download for $10.00 each. All the items such as WE Books, Award Jewelry, certificates, WE Wear, Promotional items such as banners, and tablecloths and runners are available to purchase with your church membership.

Emerald Membership
You will have access to purchase the WE Directors and Leaders Manuals, on CD, Intro Video, and all WE Training Videos for individual prices. All the items such as WE Books, Award Jewelry, Certificates, WE Wear, Promotional items such as banners, and tablecloths and runners are available to purchase with your church membership.

Training
The Diamond Membership Get Growing Resource Packet you will receive a DVD that includes the basic information to get your groups set up and establish
your WE ministry.  There are training videos available for a minimal charge of $10.00 per download for the Emerald and Ruby Memberships. The list of topics include: Choosing Leaders, Selecting Co-Leaders, Keeping Leaders, Equipping Leaders.  You can watch a sample on the WE Lead page. Rallies
Women of Excellence National will host rallies with WE groups regionally. The WE authors that have been a part of your WE Curriculum will be invited to participate in our WE Rallies. There will be opportunities to meet with other Leaders, Co-Leaders, and participants. Workshops will be available to encourage, inform, and enlighten you in your journey with Women of Excellence.
